Each bed model have different places where it shows wear and you can
choose from getting the bed professionally serviced, cleaned and
touch up painted to having the bed completely disassembled and reassembled
with brand new parts and restored to new condition. Older bed models like
the Hill Rom Advance Series, Hill Rom Advanta and Hill Rom P3200 Versacare
have metal bed pans and more metal parts that normally can rust and require
sanding down and painting where as newer beds like CareAssist ES and Hill Rom
Advanta 2 beds have plastic bed pans and do not require the same types of refurbishment.
We are able to do custom hospital bed refurbishment for different bed models and
different budgets. Normally hospitals will ask for beds completely re-manufactured
since they are normally 50% to 60% lower in price than buying beds new.
Hill Rom TotalCare SpO2RT 2 Bed Fully Refurbished
Certain bed models like the Hill Rom P1900 TotalCare Sport 2 bed also referred to
as “TotalCare SpO2RT® 2” bed has a lot of hydraulic parts and our different types
of refurbishment can include touch up painting, cleaning, servicing and replacing
all of the hydraulic parts including the valves, hydraulic block, hydraulic lines and
fluids. Since this is the part of the bed that normally requires the most service calls
this is normally done and all new parts and complete re-assembly can also be done.
This way the bed can be sent out to be functionally working and sound but save some
money on aesthetics like replacing a mattress cover, which is almost $2,000. Once
again we can do all types of custom Hill Rom hospital bed refurbishing from the
factory location and provide all types of custom reconditioning for different Hill Rom
bed models and stretcher – gurney models.
